Product Care

Solid wood is a natural material that is sensitive to heat and moisture.

Our solid wood wall shelves are sealed, and intended for interior use only, in areas with good ventilation. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Sand and reseal when there is visible wear and tear, such as patches or the wood looks "dry".

Buy L-Brackets

Exposed L-Brackets are a great way to define your preferred aesthetic with your wall shelves!

As the world of L-Bracket design is too wide and wonderful we strongly recommend shopping for your preferred design with bracket specialists who can offer a much wider range.

Customisability

Ad-hoc customisation of our preset wall shelves is limited to the shortening of preset lengths only.

Simply add our Wall-Shelf Length Customisation service to your cart and our sales team will contact you on receiving your order to confirm the final length required.

Should you require additional customisation such as longer or deeper/narrower shelves, you may wish to consider our custom fabrication service.

Custom Fabrication is available for minimum order quantities of at least 10 pieces per wood type per size. As our products are exclusively made from salvaged Singapore wood, availability is subject to material supply and lead times will vary.

Delivery & Lead Time

We strive to complete delivery of all in-stock orders within 3 working days, and customisation orders typically take at least 7-10 working days.

This is subject to the availability of logistics schedules, and orders placed during peak periods may face longer lead times.

Our sales team will contact you on receiving your order, to provide a more specific estimated delivery date.

Defects & Returns

All products purchased are non-refundable, for non-defect reasons.

For avoidance of dispute, defect claims are only accepted within 5 days of delivery, before installation.

Eligible manufacturing defects include structural cracks, visible warping, dents and deep scratches. Every shelf is hand-made in real wood, and aesthetic differences are not considered defects.

Shelves purchased in-store are not eligible for claims, as it is assumed that you have checked your shelf prior to purchase.
