Timber Actually is a Singapore-based company dedicated to the treatment and upcycling of local timber. From raw logs to finished pieces, we handle every stage with care, allowing the natural beauty of the wood to remain at the heart of what we create.

Why It Matters
Singapore is home to many remarkable hardwood species. When trees must be removed due to age, safety, or development, much of the timber is often discarded.

How It Actually Works

Rescue & Restore
In Singapore, trees are only felled when necessary, like in the removal of diseased trees for safety, or the clearing of land for economic development. This makes our material about as sustainable as it can get, as all of it is salvaged.

Design & Craft
Our timber is processed and treated in facilities across Singapore and Malaysia. By working close to the source, we reduce unnecessary transportation while maintaining strict control over quality and treatment.

Each log is carefully prepared, dried, and sorted according to its potential. From there, our design and production teams shape the material into thoughtful pieces that honour both the tree and the space it will live in.
