Ad-hoc customisation of Timber Actually's L-Bracket Wall Shelves is limited to the shortening of preset lengths.

The workmanship fee is $50 per customised shelf, and can be selected in our collection page, if required. Please note that offcuts will not be delivered.

Shortening services typically require at least one week, depending on the workshop's capacity at the time of your order.

Our L-Bracket Shelves load capacity depends on the type of wall and the screws that you have used to mount your shelf.

Concrete walls and drywall with reinforced wood studs will generally be able to support heavier loads than unreinforced drywall. On average, each shelf is able to support approximately 15kgs.

Please ensure that your shelf's load is evenly distributed. Overloading your shelf's support points can lead to sagging shelves and collapse.

Please install shelves out of reach of young children.

All products sold are non-refundable for non-defect reasons.

All Timber Actually solid wood products are dried and treated for use in Singapore's interior environments.

In the event of manufacturing defects, please notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery of your order, and we will arrange an exchange. Manufacturing defects include warping, insect infestation, and/or structural cracks through the wood.

Wood is a natural material with inherent aesthetic variations, and every piece is finished by hand. As such, cosmetic differences are not defects, and are considered distinguishing features of the authenticity of our products.

Please note that improper handling and installation can cause damage to this product. For the avoidance of dispute, all items that have been visibly used or previously installed are not eligible for claims.

We strive to deliver items in-stock within 3 working days, while customised orders typically require 7-10 working days.

Yes - provided that the shelf has been properly installed and the weight evenly distributed during its use.

Our wall shelves are made of solid hardwood, which is structurally durable.

You may notice patchiness due to uneven wear and tear, when you remove items that have been placed on your shelf for long periods. To restore the colour on your shelves, simply sand and reseal.
