Exchange Policy Returns

All items sold are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

All purchases made during a sales or promotion event are final.

Upon receiving your item, please check for any defects thoroughly.

For issues relating to manufacturer's defects, do return the product to us, and we are happy to do an exchange for the same model at no additional cost. 

Our items are made of wood, and hand-finished. This means that there will be natural variations in grain features as well as the typical marks of hand-crafting. Aesthetic differences are not considered defects.

We will accept exchange within 5 days upon receiving your order only.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@timberactually.com. Do not ship your item to us without written confirmation that we have agreed to the exchange. 

Upon confirmation, return shipping information will be provided to you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and ensuring that it is properly protected. Items returned must be unused.

You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are unable to provide any guarantees on a third party's service standards.
