Solid wood is a natural material that is sensitive to heat and moisture.

Our solid wood floating shelves are sealed, and intended for interior use only, in areas with good ventilation. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Sand and reseal when there is visible wear and tear, such as patches or the wood looks "dry".

To minimise costs to you, we do not provide installation services. Instead, our shelves are designed for easy DIY installation, and are delivered with a set of brackets & screws for each shelf.

Most of our customers enlist the help of their renovation contractor, or hire a handyman to complete installation, if required.

As our solid wood floating shelves come prefabricated with recessed bracket pockets, customisation is not possible.

Customisation Notes:
(1) As all our products are made exclusively from salvaged wood, availability is subject to the supply of material.

(2) The preset depths and lengths of our shelves have already been optimised based on the load capacity of the brackets used. Should you require heavier duty/ larger shelves, the recommended installation method may change and incur a higher quote.

Kindly note a lead time of 7–14 days, as all items are individually handcrafted with care.

This is subject to the availability of logistics schedules, and orders placed during peak periods may face longer lead times.

All products purchased are non-refundable, for non-defect reasons.

For avoidance of dispute, defect claims are only accepted within 5 days of delivery, before installation.

Eligible manufacturing defects include structural cracks, visible warping, dents and deep scratches. Every shelf is hand-made in real wood, and aesthetic differences are not considered defects.

Shelves purchased in-store are not eligible for claims, as it is assumed that you have checked your shelf prior to purchase.
