We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Timber Actually.
Orders are shipped on business days only, between 9am to 6pm. (Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore National holidays).

• Shipping rates are determined by the weight & size of your item.
  • Please review shipping charges at checkout, prior to completing your order for the final computation.
• Our team will contact you upon receiving your order, to provide the delivery date estimate.
  • Orders that require on-site installation will receive a smaller time window estimate closer to the date of installation. 
• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and prompt access on the confirmed date of delivery. This includes ensuring security guard permission to access your unit (if applicable), in order to complete a drop off. 
  
  • In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a notification will be sent to you. Customers are requested to complete pickup of their item within 7 working days of the failed delivery. 
  • Should your order not be collected within 7 working days of the failed delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A refund will be issued to your payment method, less a restocking fee that is determined by the items in your order.
